The Sharing Heart Fund was established to help families with the financial burdens that occur during a child’s hospital stay. We work with hospital staff to identify the families who would benefit the most. By reducing the financial stressors that occur as a result of emergency/long-term or repeated hospital stays, we enable families focus on what is most important, the care of their child. The fund helps with the following items but is not limited to only those listed.
- Gas Cards
- Cafeteria Vouchers
- Payment of utility bills
- Grocery cards
- Necessary items for comfort of child and family
